The Kopy Katz are supporting Slim Jim Phantom from The Stray Cats on Sunday 21 August 2022 at Waltham Abbey Town Hall. Tickets are only £15 and can be booked online here:
Yup you read that correctly. Awesome news and we are so excited. Slim Jim Phantom’s Trio includes Darrel Higham on guitar. We last played with Darrel at The 100 Club, London where the bill included Restless, Darrel Higham & The Enforces and The Kopy Katz.
The Kopy Katz played a sold-out show at Waltham Abbey Town Hall in May so the town council who booked both gigs decided we were the perfect choice to support Slim Jim.
Now obviously we will not be playing any Stray Cats songs on this show which will be strange. All our other covers and original songs are on the table though.
We hope you can make it. This will be a highlight gig for the band.
